A colorful semi precious gemstone Chrysocolla Cuprite, the blue/green is Chrysocolla, the red is Cuprite. Chrysocolla Cuprite also known as Sonora Sunset, and sometimes Sonora Sunrise, is named for the lovely and colorful sunsets over the Sonoran Desert, from which it is found.
This material is from the Mina Milpillas, Cuitaca, Mun. de Santa Cruz, Sonora, Mexico. Though the mine is still producing, most of this material has been mined out.

This pendant has been antiqued, polished and sealed.
